More that 20 years ago my first experince with the Sacral Therapy Technique dissolved my scepticism and renewed my belief in worthy medicine. I sought and found pain relief and correction for my damaged body after years of habitual stress accumulated from a serious motor vehicle accident. Two or three treatments a year have enabled me to maintain my physically demanding rural farming lifestyle and helped me improve my attitude about everything.

I personally find the non-invasive light touch, the required conscious participation, and the objective compassionate tone of my practitioner create the success of the many treatments I have received. I trust the science (and mojo) of Sacral Therapy as it has proven to be a helpful and positive experience in my life, and I am ever grateful.

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with scoliosis. I gradually became more aware of increasingly poor posture and significant pain and stiffness in my left hip. Bio-Mechanics was recommended to me to help alleviate my discomfort. I began my treatment and noticed immediate improvement in my left hip pain, and when I left the office I was definitely walking taller. I feel free and have personally found this treatment to be a "miracle" for me.

One of Dr. Osborn's neighbors at Cachet was attending a farewell dinner for Russell and happened to mention that she was having a spinal fusion the next week. She had been wearing a back brace for the past two years and it hadn't helped. Russell had a fit! He told her to come down to his office and get a treatment. Mary Punchard didn't want to offend him, but felt sure that he couldn't help her, because her doctor had said nothing would help but a fusion. So, she went to his office and had her treatment. The first thing she noticed was that she didn't have to lie down on her back to put her nylons on. Her back was so much better that she cancelled the surgery and made a lampshade out of her plastic back brace. I lived next door to Mary and she never had anymore trouble. She had treatments whenever Dr. Osborn came back to town.

When I was in my mid 20's the doctors wanted to operate on my back and there was a 50/50 chance of it working, so I decided against it. Since receiving these treatments my back has been almost trouble free and the quality of my life has improved dramatically. Getting the occasional treatment when I need it, not only keeps my back pain away, it also picks up my energy. I'm extremely grateful for this system of treatment.

It has been nearly three years now since I went for my three Bio-Mechanics treatments. For nearly 10 years prior to that I was receiving massage therapy for the recurring back pain that often left me in excruciating pain unable to get up out of bed without great care and very slow movement. Massage therapy provided temporary relief.

The Bio-Mechanics took three sessions and as the pain left my body, sometimes in waves for hours after the session, I finally received freedom from that terrible constriction in my back. My back pain came from working long hours in high stress jobs, carrying too much weight, in high stress jobs.

Over the years I have always felt that I was cut in half because both sides of my body felt different. It was obvious that my back was not properly aligned. I've had problems with my back off and on .

I started having more difficulties with my back and near the middle of the month I couldn't stand up because of the excruciating pain. Later that month I couldn't walk, sit, stand or lie down, as the pain became so severe it was unbearable. I couldn't stand up straight when I walked, no painkillers that the Doctor prescribed would help. The Narcotics just made me ill. By this time I was desperate.

My daughter told me about the Hurley/Osborn technique, and I was skeptical but decided to try it once, as I was desperate for relief. I walked into the office, unable to stand up, drooping on one side and in agonizing pain. By the time the treatment was over I felt relaxed and the pain had resided. I was able to stand up straight and walk out of her office feeling like a human being again.

I had a CAT scan a week later and it showed that I had five degenerated discs. The openings in my spine where the nerves came out of the vertebrae were becoming smaller. My doctor tole me told me that he was pleased that I found an alternative to help because I would not survive any operation.

I am completely without pain, and very grateful to have found this technique.

The Hurley Osborn treatments by my massage therapist have reduced my level of pain in my feet, back and knees significantly since I started treatments.

I had been diagnosed with arthritis in my feet and in my back and knees a couple of years later. My fee used to ache so bad I tried not move them or step on uneven ground. After only a few Hurlely Osborn treatments my feet no longer ached at all and haven't for the last 4 years and I have the flexibility to move them again. With on-going regular treatments the pain in my back and knees has been drastically reduced.

I recently mentioned to my therapist that my hands were going numb especially overnight and at my job which involves a lot of computer use. With only a couple of treatments the numb\ness is nearly a thing of the past.
